CAVZ Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receiving your order (as per Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code), provided the item meets our quality conditions.

Item Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, washing, or odors.
• All original CAVZ tags and labels must be attached.

How to request a return

Send an email to cavzclo@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN - Order #YourNumber". Our team will send a reverse logistics label and postage instructions within 24 business hours.

Shipping Times

Our orders are dispatched from our logistics center in Brusque, SC. Delivery time varies depending on the region and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking code as soon as the order is processed.
